While the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CS3D) is being negotiated within the framework of the trilogues, our speakers will question the consequences of the draft directive in terms of director’s responsibilities and liabilities. The webinar will also give an overview of the different director liability regimes currently in force in the European Union. On this topic, ecoDa and Allen & Overy recently conducted a joint survey.
